otc slapped ce because shorters called them and fraudulently shouted newsletter promo whew there was none and otc is pushing all co's to upgrade to current-so all they did was look at chart -said no evidence of fraud- just assumed was a promo because of pps rise
otc personally told me those things on the phone

otc apparently because of profit motive then creates an unnecessary punitive gauntlet for co's to remove ce

so instead cwrn's sec advisor advised them to uplist instead of the unnecessary punitive otc mandated ce removal process
and as per may 2011 pr etc cwrn was planning on doing so -they were going to have audited BEFORE ce games fouled that up

so thats the context -instead of removing the ce to upgrade to current pink they were going to UPLIST INSTEAD TO OTCQB AS PER THEIR SEC ADVISOR

thats probably a common recommendation due to reasons i explained

their plan to uplist was BETTER than merely upgrading to pink current
