As of the last filing, that appears to be true and the company provided no information asserting that there was now money to fix the processors. Last I heard, the company was also ignoring questions from investors.
I can see you're going to bat for the company and fighting bashers on message boards. Don't you find it odd that the company won't go to bat for you and give you the information you need?
