I don't as a long investor see the PPS going down into the 2's as unfortunate. I guess I would see as unfortunate if after license gets announced the PPS stays in the 2's. Do people believe if PPS goes into the 2's before license that it will impact HC decision...HELL NO...so again why care...unless your flipping..
