Hey K, Hope all is well...
I do want to say that I do not care if Bill has sold or not. He is entitled. The issue I have with MF's is that form 144 which is very easy to create.
The question is why is MF the ONLY person that can find this form. There have been a lot of people looking including me but it is nowhere to be found. Consequently I have to question the legitimacy of the form.
Also, if there is a form 144, from what I read it is for restricted shares and Bill Has unrestricted as well. A form 144 is an intent form but Matt keeps saying it is proof of a sales.
He just twist things too much for me. He has a beef with Bill and he is also a stock manipulator. He just rubs me the wrong way
Also, his timing. This is a weak period this week leading up the the 11/4 meeting. He know this and is going to push every button this week to try and drive the PPS down.
