There has been much talk about the media company or company's that have been hired by MNGG. I hope we get an official press release to explain the deal or deals these company's got and what MNGG will get in return for investment. Especially with the shrinking float and Authorized shares shrinking too. They will have a nice stake in the company. From the October 6 CC it was said that a 2 year no sell clause was part of the deal. Think of that for a minute. They are going to work for the company for no money for at least 2 years. They must see great things coming.
I feel confident we will get clarification on this soon, and will likely have another CC for the REAL shareholders once many of the one tick flippers move on. I am ready to move forward and fully support Joel's vision.
