To me this is getting ridiculous. Some guy that Jerry has never met in his life, wants to meet for breakfast. So in this ( I'm guessing1 hour breakfast meeting) Jerry gains so much trust in this guy he decides to offer an Insiders Info contract to him. I send Jerry at least 1 email a week trying to get info out of him, he does not offer up Insider Info.

My honest opinion the guy went there was hoping to get more info than he got and now he is pissed off. He is now threating to turn Jerry into Sec., good luck because if you don't have proof other than your word against his, you will lose. By the way the SEC will investigate you also to see if you have a history in accusing others of wrong doings. Sure you want to open that can of worms.
