I wholeheartedly agree. It's a huge red flag when a CEO lies at all. Generally if you catch the insiders of a company in a lie, you need to at least snap to attention and that CEO had better grovel.
But when the CEO defrauds investors twice...and that CEO claims to have a revolutionary technology...it's beyond ridiculous to trust him. How much faith should an investor put in someone who has been proven to be a swindler, even by the SEC and OSC?!?

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
