There is a tendency for some longs to think their version of posting about their being "pro AMBS" is the only appropriate way.
I am long and I appreciate JP's way of bringing up negatives as well as positives about AMBS. I think it is wise to stay objective about a stock that has so much potential that it is easy to go in for it lock stock and barrel. While I too dream about AMBS making me rich, I have been burned in enough other stocks through the years that I have decided being a little distrustful of the management of the stock you love....is not a bad thing! It's a survival strategy.
I understand that strategy doesn't work for others who only want to hear good things about their beloved stock. I truly understand that. JP and I speak by phone frequently and we bitch and moan over things about AMBS, as well as talk about how high it could go if things work out. That's just the way we are!
Different strokes for different folks, I guess. But we're not flippers. We're guys past their early fifties!
