You are correct D. Making him one of the major shareholders. And possibly major shareholders have contacts that us " pee ons " don't. Hence where he got his info from.
And as I said before he does not do the filing. His only thought was to give us hope. I do not think his intentions were to encourage investors to load the boat. Anyone that did is just plain foolish.
