The problem here is that Baltia is "Preaching to the Choir."
Right now, the PRs are only attracting the attention of those who already own more BLTA than they ever intended to puchase.
Until new blood arrives.....which will occur once Baltia starts advertising and promoting itself....good news,....even GREAT news.....isn't going to push the stock up very much.
We need new investors with fresh new dollars to spend.
Until they arrive, any fabulous news that comes out is just falling on the same old ears - all of us who are tapped out and can't buy any more BLTA - so the pps continues to be extremely un impressive..........
