You got me there. Mr. Bordynuik certainly has been able to successfully raise millions of dollars from investors.
However I don't think he could have done even a small percentage of that if he hadn't misrepresented his process as being able to produce oil for under $10/bbl for which Somerset offered him WTI-$3/bbl. Investors most certainly relied on Mr. Bordynuik's false statements when they invested. Likewise Mr. Bordynuik's media credit accounting fraud made people think that such a valuable asset would reduce the risk of their investment.
Had Mr. Bordynuik been truthful and said that he just had regular pyrolysis which he hoped to homeschool himself into making commercially viable, I'm guessing he wouldn't have gotten anyone to invest a dime.
I don't know if you can leverage Mr. Bordynuik swindling people into saying he's a successful man. It's not hard for people to swindle themselves into a fortune.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
