PVEI: A New Thread of Hope?
It was communicated to me from someone at the Port a few minutes ago and I quote:
"It was explained at the meeting that there was concern over the ability to raise the capital needed to move forward and start the business. The Port left the option open that if PEVI can disprove this, we’d be happy to take the LOU back to the board for discussion."
I'm going to leave the name off of this quote because I don't want our local saboteur to be calling her.
There is a thread of hope left that capital will be raised in spite of all forces moving against it. glta
