what i think the problem is we need real concrete news.. so far lots of new of things going to happen...

we need things to actually happen, market is tired of promises.

Concrete things occurring not news of things going to occur at some future date.

Instead of news of buyback we need to see the buyback hit the market.

Instead of going to get permits we need permit received.

Debt buyback deal sign sealed and delivered.

Also need C&D taken care of.

I believe some of these will occur. But as of yet none have.
