I've never spoken to Bill Swalm. Who has a consistent relationship with him? I'd like to know if the reports of shareholder questions being welcome at the meeting really came from his mouth, or if those stories were just posters making stuff up.

If he really said it, repeatedly, how could he be so out of touch?
