You spoke of extra shares being covered after the RS. Doesn't the RS in itself bring to light any extra shares and therefore demand a full accounting prior to trading again?

As to the other items. At no time have I ever suggested that I am completely satisfied with the workings of Tytan International. However I have suggested that I am satisfied being a "silent" partner. That is the path I have chosen and will remain on.
