Commercial Lease Agreement confirms INCC $12 Million…
Below is the Commercial Lease Agreement that was approved as part of the Chaffee County Marijuana License that was approved for John Mehos dba Prosperous Valley as it relates to INCC and its GroPro System. This document consists of 6 pages of which I have only provided you with page 1. Here on page one, it confirms that INCC, through its GroPro System, will be getting $12 Million per year from this operations since county approval and upon state approval of which now I am very confident will happen as the next formality. Below is page 1 of the Commercial Lease Agreement, but following I will post the Legal Description that is within the approved licensing package that explains how we should interpret the operations:
