OTOW hit .005 after doing a reverse split and got a pump job (see below) at .09 . These are what I define as repeat POS R/S plays , who is paying for the pump this week

OTOW was pumped at .09 a few weeks back ( look it up I dont want to get in trouble for picking on a group , now at .014 here on 9/30 .this is one of many what I call "rinse and repeat stocks" out there that pay groups to pump them and create bagholders to the new folks that land on their many websites claiming that they have the inside information on the newest hot stock.
