Ah yes.....filing a class action suit against 'John Does'.
What is very interesting is the Courts do not allow any 'John Does' on the part of the plaintiffs in a class action.
All participants who are in the 'class' are provided no protection as to anonymity. Their identities are not allowed to be kept secret.
Every participant who chooses to become part of the 'class' will have no recourse when their true identity is revealed in Court and subsequent filings.
