Regarding the potential news on monday, is the best guess related to 1) water certificate/permit approval, 2) share structure/debt reduction, or 3) immediate continuation of the congress/keystone sites? I would think it is all of them. Still catching up on researching the company for all the specifics, but from what I have read these seem to be the big catalysts. Am i on the right track?
