Absolutely!
Just keep in mind that things move slowly in business. And, things that move slowly are hard to predict their progress.
So, although I am hoping we see news on the Finances this week, I am expecting early November before we hear for certain. i hope I am wrong and Peter surprises us, but, it is not safe to count on it.
