Replace the word, "uplisting" with "registration," since the OTCBB is going away.
That leaves the Pinks and/or QB for either registering the new subsidiary Genius Bio Technology Corporation and the new primary entity name, Bud Genius, Inc.
In order to accomplish the above, we have to be current, and registering BG Medical Technologies with NV accomplishes that task #1...#2...#3.
