Superfine is right.  Treaty has something that Tanjung wants.  Treaty has drilled in Belize 2 shallow wells and we all know there is oil there.  Could it be that Tanjung is interested in drilling the much deeper wells where we know the real cache of oil is?  Is Tanjung interested in the off-shore concession that Treaty holds?  Blindinvestor said that's where the big elephant was. Tanjung wants to be a part of Treaty, let's go along for the ride.
