Etrade told me (after a 40 minute call) that they are not "obligated" to show an "all or none" order on the system. It's at their discretion. That makes zero sense to me....the first guy I talked to tried to tell me if I put a buy order in, in would show as an "ask" and a sell would show as a "bid" WTF kind of idiots do these people hire???
