and this is an issue why exactly
it's not like the closing PPS for PTOI isn't known for 6.30 and 9.30
anyone can take 12,500 (50k divided by 4) and do the math re: shares
zero doubts the CFO *updates* original filing (March 2014)
again if this is an issue for *some* .. they should look elsewhere
beyond amusing that all that is left for masters' minions are time stamps
and whether CFO hired in March has taken PTOI stock
here's to what mgmt files and updates their investors .. next
