Not trying to be argumentative here, but, in order to up-list, you have to meet certain requirements. One of them is pps. What the merger with RXNB would do is make us large enough, along with the license to proceed to the Audited financials and then to up-list.
I am pretty sure that is what they had in mind. The fact that H / C is holding us up on the License....That is what is delaying the rest of everything. We are NOT the only company in this situation. GLTA
