And can you produce a Form 3 that shows a specific amount of stock acquired, or a Form 4 that shows a specific amount of stock acquired, to prove he has taken any stock at all ?
Or is it in reality Mr Banerjea has actually NEVER taken any stock at all since being hired nearly 9 months ago ?
