any1, It appears to me, looking at pictures taken of site one, that a roll up door is open always..there is no one there much of the time..except security..if they were already growing you'd see workers there 24/7..security would be the provincial armed police 24/7 not just a security guard with his own car (my opinion) on the existing security guard. The public was informed when a "ready to build letter" was issued...would we be informed about a "ready to grow notice"?...possible.

Once we get the grow notice it takes 35 days for a cycle (Dr. Alawieh's patented accelerated grow cycle) then time for curing & packaging & then testing then hurry up & wait for HC to get around to approval & license.

I hope this is not the way it's gonna play but with HC I think it's likely.
