Talked to Naumu about that few weeks ago.
Their goal is to bring in oil deals in Utah, not state of Nevada. And I'm quoting here "In regards to the default notice it is with the State of Nevada where we originally incorporated and will not renew with them. We are filed and current with the State of Utah and will remain so." I have confirmed with the State of Utah, and Nations Oil & Gas LLC is indeed current.
Naumu has also received his restricted stock from Bakken Energy Corp, formerly Orfino Gold Corp. for the acquisition of a majority interest in Nations Oil & Gas LLC back in March 2014. In my mind, this is good cause I'm sure he's going to want to pump the hell out of this sucker before his restricted stock is available.
As far as why the acquisition doesn't show in the filing, I'm not sure. But to be honest the filings for this company have never been very transparent.
