Seriously, though...would you expect him to paint a picture of rainbows and unicorns regarding anything he says? The only lawsuit he would have knowledge of is the Merideth suit in Dallas; everything else is just static and assumptions. And, even in the case of the Merideth suit, would you expect him to say that he's prepared to throw in the towel? Of course not. He's going to paint the most negative picture he can.
By now, everyone should know how predictable he is. If you want an unbiased view as to what's going on with that case, you should view the documents in the case via the Dallas County clerk's website.
