Well since the C & D is on the Keystone mine that has less gold than Congress and a statement from the CEO that it won't be touched for at least a year it is a non-issue. Right now the ONLY issue is getting the water permit to get our production going at the Congress mine and the application and check has already been shown to us via Joel's Twitter. Too much will happen between now and a year from now for the C & D to mean anything to our top or bottom line. Congress and its future prospects are where the money and gold will be at for us.
