A million pounds one ounce at a time? No way.
This is what I think is happenning...
Bill is setting up a 1, 2, 3, 4 punch combination and they must fall in that order. #1 is license news, #2 merger, #3 #4 are international business deals because IMO it has to do with the MILLION POUNDS.
IMO they don't think the Canadian market is mature enough to absorb their million pounds plus the product from the other licensees... BUT, even if it was mature enough, who the hell wants to sell a million pounds in small increments? Nobody. The infrastructure needed would be awful & risky to their license.
Why not sell extremely large quantities to large trusted customers like foreign governments, or authorized foreign companies or licensed government agencies?
They can't PR the Ukraine/Tanzania specifics becasue they can't legally make those deals yet. The PR's are on hold to create one hell of a media storm.
