If memory serves correctly, it has been stated repeatedly that CMR has been contracted to offer promotional ("pumping" ) services and the denial by my associate relates to that. I will have to confirm this, however.
Moreover, it is evident by the lack of so-called "promotions" bearing the Xun Energy name, that there has been no promoting campaign whatsoever since the date noted on the contract between Xun and CMR.

The public documents made available through the court are quite specific about the role of CMR in this. Including, but not limited to the services CMR will be providing the company and the costs associated with these services.
