Not sure Sunny. Everyday I look at the OTC BB Daily LIst here:  http://www.otcbb.com/dailylist/index_2012.htm  I usually see a bunch of tick's going through all kinds of changes. I think the company is working with the FBI, SEC and Finra over serious allegations of stock-manipulation that have arisen. It appears as though, (in some way unknown to the likes of me) this may have added a delay to the process but no one knows. I have called the TDGI office and heard that investigations are underway and entities have recently been in the TDGI office-space. Finra provides 90-days for this corporate undertaking so it's day-by-day.

One thing I like alot is that TDGI does not "pay lip-service", they take action, they file, they report, and they aggressively support and protect their shareholders. That I can say. Can't ask more from a company then what the CEO/CFO have done here. Smart, experienced, willing to take risks, transparent, present & available, accountable & they do what they say when they say or they follow-up in a proactive manner with the what and why's. I appreciate that a great deal. I usually swing-trade stocks but I am going Super LONG on this one. No reason not to. No stock I've ever seen, owned or compared to TDGI even comes close. My money is safe, my upside-potential grows with each passing month. I'm very happy accumulating here. Stock is worth much more and smart money has been accumulating TDGI for over 2yrs. Having followed closely the past few months, now I see why.
