If you register for FINRA, you can actually get in and see what the form Mark needed to file entails.  Pretty detailed.  I noticed a question that required an answer:

"Are you aware of any current trading or clearing restriction by any exchange, government agency, self-regulatory organization of clearing organization imposed on the company's shares?"

I wonder if T4T falls under that, and if there is any merit to it being a stumbling block for the RS.  If you answer yes, a drop down box appears for an explanation.

Also noticed there is no check box for reverse stock split. It just says stock split.  There is a box for other, and if you check it, a drop down box appears for an explanation.

I am truly learning quite a bit from this investment of mine.
