Now I realize what Jerry was talking about when he said they were not going to like it much. Referring to Townie and Bob. I thought he was talking about the reverse split of 20 to 1 or something in that ball park. I didn't ask him to elaborate because I didn't want to cross that boundary an have him whip out a master confidentiality agreement on me, so I left it alone. It is now obvious he was referring to the issue that was approaching with the plaintiff.

Oh and just so you know, Jerry said a way to get around insider trading is very easy. You simply don't act on the insider info that you are aware of until it becomes public knowledge.
