Thanks man, appreciate the reply. Least I'm not the only one confused as well about the date. Sure there are many others that aren't in the forum that are expecting certs and didn't get them yet or wont now.. Not new to stocks by any means but new to the penny games... Guess I'm not sure how they can extend the dividend date in formal postings then retract the extension legally. Especially after being told cert and tracking numbers, and that "The certs are in the mail Mr. Ray" on several occasions...
One of the reasons I bought what I did was knowing a dividend would be in order per the PRs and filings and would minimize some risk. We're not talking a few dollar dividend either.

I'll send my info in again and see what they say. I really like this stock and am long for the chance for it to play. hoping for the best for everyone on here!. Lets go PVEC!
