Exactly my point. if he knew then why send a letter to ADEQ requesting a permit? He didn't have to do that. Now if he wasnt sure, thats cool, still dont need to post letter as a PR. Too much back and forth with bloggers, if he want the stock to rise then he has to get back to business and not post insignificant PR that are not part of the big picture. I wanna see share buy back PR, and the mines are back up and running PR, the real stuff that matters. Then and only then I will buy more shares
