hub is still bashing even after being proven wrong, I am blocked there so wanted to throw this out, if someone wants to post it there so be it.
Since adeq only found .7 acres exploratory according to their posted email from adeq, it wouldn't require permits to that point.
1. under 5 acres exempt.
2. You can explore and test, how else do you submit a request to adeq? Do you submit it after finding only dirt?
3. You can find lots of gold on .7 acres.
4. Gitreal's contention, it will prove Joel processed illegally or if he did not process it will prove the gold came from elsewhere.

Seems Joel's communications always said full production was future.
