Looking at companies track record and trending pattern, it is safe to say that we can't assume good things but rather bad things. And that is going strictly on companies past filings. Xun has done way more bad than good. In their history since existence the only good is 1 pumping well. To assume Xun has paid their part of the jv002 would be more than hoping for a miracle. Xun has proven just with their filings, that they are not capable of funding any jv's. The company has no funds to provide, as proof by the lawsuit filing. I'll be submitting my formal complaint to the S.E.C next week and to Finra for various items. How in the heck does a 4 man operation build up that much expenses, with nothing to show for where the money went?
