UKWildcat, from reading most of the posts, your's is the one that makes the most sense. I'm sure Bill has a competent BOD of directors to look after the business and the town hall meeting who will be able to communicate wisely at the town hall meeting. I believe Bill has a busy schedule and this was the choice he had to make at this time.
