I know you're strong supporter of TECO and have a bundle of shares, but that's just not something you want to put on a public message board.

Believe me when I say this, love you brother, but your post has many implications for the company as well as the shareholders.

The first problem with it, it discourages open market buys.

I don't believe everybody deserves such discounts, only loyal TECO shareholders that have been invested in TECO,for the duration.
