Hey Middle, I understand your perspective. I thought Bill would have been there as well. The license and all that is involved is very important. That being said, I am sure Bill and crew know this. WE are on the outside looking in and speculating. They are on the inside and know a bit more than us. The fact that Bill won't be there tells me they have all this covered. They are not leaving the license to chance. Bill not being there tells me, they have it all under control.
