Exactly! Or it's like watching a sleazy land salesman sell land built on a toxic waste dump as "prime real estate" to unwitting buyers. But if anyone tries to warn the buyers, the buyers say, "Why are you here?? If anyone listens to you it will drive down our land prices!"
