Yhea, I agree with all you just said, but, in my view, as I have said before, it just makes sense to me that H / C would want for Lakeshore to have the amendment in place before proceeding. That way they avoid any complications concerning that.
Obviously, Lakeshore has been remiss on any issues they were asked to do over a year ago involving this as instructed by H / C.
Hell, they didn't even do their own budget.
So, any day after Nov. 4 is the timeline I see happening. Most likely before, way before Thanksgiving. JMO GLTA
