Thanks for the insight. Thats what I was referring to.. the share structures for OTC startups require a deeper and different level of understanding to average joe investor like myself.
As you suggest, there indeed are different strategies and plans for MRIB that we don't know about.
The reason the company needs billions of shares is because the PPS is so low. Brown-Forman has just 235 mil O/S and trades at $85.09. But, yes PPS is just another indicator and over hyped. Such as Radio Shack - you didn't really hear about their PPS until it was close to $1 listing requirement.
The O/S is still great. We have not seen the instant dumping that bashers suggested on ihub which is why I don't follow them. They are wrong way too often.
