I see what you are saying there, but, I do not think this applies to us because permits were given already, for this purpose almost a year ago. That said, the city can not come in now and say, 'opps' , what we ment was ....blah , blah blah.......

We do have documentation to prove that.

Now, I would say that any FUTURE buildings, for the proposed purpose of production of MMJ would follow the new proposed guidelines if approved by the counsel. JMO GLTA
