Spiceman, MNGG appears to be a mining company. Do you know what kind of mining they intend to do? MNGG has 8.6 billion shares authorized with 8.5 billion freely traded. Was the A/S higher before this 1.5 billion share reduction, or is the A/S still the same but 1.5 billion was reduced from the float? I haven't done any research on this company, so any additional information may be helpful.
