A very interesting deletion indeed by Admin. Not only was this moderate post removed, but KM's moderate answer to it as well. I guess the subject matter made them uncomfortable for some reason. I cannot even begin to guess why:

Perhaps with your broad legal background you could render an opinion whether the filing of a civil suit against an individual represents "was arrested". Sounds like a mis-statement of fact which needs to be corrected.

Further civil suits have hinged on such "mis-postings".
