My spec assumption for Lympro is an ex-US relationship with ICON giving them rights to certain regions or all ex-US for clinical trials. That could come with an upfront payment of some sort depending on the terms. Obviously very speculative, but GC has in the past said himself that international markets would come after they secured a partner in US. They have their partner in the US.
