As I said, there's a market for those plastics. If PTOI has some competitive advantage in snapping up cheap plastic before recyclers can get it, maybe that should be their business plan.
I'll see your "above spot price" for a customer who might both produce and use PTOI's "fuel" in quantities and doesn't have to buy diesel wholesale and I'll even spot you, for this example, that PTOI's "diesel-like" fuel can be used as diesel even if that's not true. I'll counter by saying that I didn't include any PTOI operating costs.
